Exact Staff is hiring for our client in New Holland, PA, seeking experienced forklift operators and picker/packers for a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity for reliable individuals looking for steady weekday work, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment.

This position is ideal for candidates with reach truck, sit-down forklift, or walkie rider experience, as well as general warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating reach truck, sit-down forklift, and/or walkie rider equipment safely and efficiently
• Picking and packing orders accurately for shipment
• Moving, loading, and unloading materials throughout the warehouse
• Organizing and staging inventory for distribution
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
• Working collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse setting

Qualifications:

• Forklift experience required (reach truck, sit-down, or walkie rider)
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
• Shift: 1st Shift (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Location: New Holland, PA
