Exact Staff is hiring a professional, punctual Warehouse/Shipping and Receiving Associate for our client, a leading U.S. manufacturer of light fixtures and lighting technology, based in Carpinteria, CA. This is a long-term, consistent position with room to grow and weekly pay — get paid every week, no waiting around.

This position is ideal for individuals with 1+ years of warehouse experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Properly handle the product and place it into the right boxes
• Obtain shipping labels and label boxes accordingly
• Double-check with the shipping team to verify order completion
• Process sales orders using the company system

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of warehouse experience
• Knowledge of MS Office products, including Word and Excel
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• High school diploma or higher level of education

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $18.50–$20.00/hour
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Location: Carpinteria, CA
