We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our client’s team at a nut processing facility in Madera. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shift: 2nd Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload pallets and materials

·         Organize and maintain inventory in warehouse and storage areas

·         Prepare outgoing shipments and receive incoming goods

·         Use RF scanners or inventory systems to track product movement

·         Assist with general warehouse tasks including packing, labeling, and staging

·         Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse environment

·         Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

 

Qualifications:

·         Proven forklift experience (certification preferred but not required)

·         Prior warehouse or shipping/receiving experience, especially in food manufacturing

·         Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move throughout the shift

·         Must be able to work evenings (2nd shift) and occasional overtime if needed

·         Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

 

Work Environment:

·         Active warehouse and production environment

·         May include exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures

·         Use of PPE and adherence to safety regulations is mandatory
