In this job you will perform recruitment efforts, interviews, coaching, recognition, managerial reporting and utilize your creativity and professionalism daily. To be successful in this job you will have to be someone who has excellent communication skills, great at multi-tasking, self-motivated and can work with minimum supervision to produce exceptionally positive outcomes.

Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM and open for OT when needed

Responsibilities:

• Implement company culture, values, and policies.
• Provide management with requested reports and documents timely and accurately.
• Coordinate events focused on recruitment and interviewing.
• Manage and coach associates on production, safety and team building.
• Confirm associates for daily shifts.
• Learning different applications for time keeping and Onboarding.
• Attending job fairs.
• Recruiting associates.
• Manage time keeping portal.
• Checking in associates at multiple clients.
• Assist with timecard processing.
• Accurately maintain employee files
• Leverage social media for recruitment purposes.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting experience
• Ability to build rapport with associates and clients.
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Microsoft skills
• Experience with Social Media platforms (Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn etc.)
