Temp to Hire

Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00/HR

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM

 

Responsibilities:

• Implement company culture, values, and policies.
• Provide management with requested reports and documents timely and accurately.
• Coordinate events focused on recruitment and interviewing.
• Manage and coach associates on production, safety and team building.
• Confirm associates for daily shifts.
• Learning different applications for time keeping and Onboarding.
• Attending job fairs.
• Recruiting associates.
• Manage time keeping portal.
• Checking in associates at multiple clients.
• Assist with timecard processing.
• Accurately maintain employee files
• Leverage social media for recruitment purposes.

• Communicate effectively and consistently.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting experience a plus
• Ability to build rapport with associates and clients.
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Microsoft skills
• Experience with Social Media platforms (Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn etc.)
