Role Overview:

As a Staffing Supervisor at Exact Staff, you will be instrumental in driving our mission further, linking passionate professionals with opportunities that suit their talents and ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various roles.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
• Offer guidance, resume feedback, and interview tips to job seekers.
• Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires.
• Continuously nurture relationships with candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Previous experience recruiting or in a similar role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Must be a team player, ready to collaborate with colleagues and contribute positively to our work environment.
