Exact Staff is seeking experienced and Certified Forklift Operators to join our client’s warehouse team in Valencia, CA. This position plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate movement of materials throughout the warehouse.

Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Support daily warehouse operations including inventory, shipping, and receiving.
• Work effectively with team members and follow directions from supervisors.
• Maintain reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications:

• Recent forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up) required.
• Current forklift certification required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
