Job Description:

We are seeking responsible, skilled Stand-Up Forklift Operators, for a well-known Bite Size Potato Company in Arvin, CA. The ideal candidate will have recent Stand-Up forklift experience, comfortable in a cold storage environment.

Full-Time

Pay Rate: $16.00-$18.00/HR

Shifts available: (Must be available for overtime and weekends as needed)

· 1st: 6:00AM-2:00PM

· 2nd: 2:00PM-10:00PM

· 3rd: 10:00PM- 6:00AM

Responsibilities:

· Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

· Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and other storage areas.

· Transport goods to and from different areas within the warehouse or production facility.

· Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory to prevent damage and maintain inventory accuracy.

· Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor.

· Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

· Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.

· Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.

· Follow company policies and procedures related to material handling and storage.

Qualifications:

· Must provide valid forklift operator certification.

· Proven experience as a Stand-Up forklift operator, preferably in a warehouse or production setting.

· Strong understanding of forklift safety protocols and procedures.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.

· Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

· Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required.

· Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Compensation
