We are hiring for a skilled and motivated Operations Coordinator for a well known Clinic in Bakersfield, CA.  Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities to ensure that the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. This role typically involves managing administrative functions, maintaining patient flow, ensuring, and optimizing the clinic’s overall performance.

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Administrative Analyst with skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook. 
• Bachelor’s level education
• Willing to work independently, and able to communicate with Executive leadership. 
• Ensure effective communication within the clinic, both for internal operations and patient care.
