Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team in Oxnard,CA. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position is starting off as PART TIME hours- 3 days a week/8a-5p with potential to become a full time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Bilingual in Spanish is a must
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Provide information to visitors and callers regarding the company and its services
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Assist in coordinating office events and meetings
- Support other departments with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
