SECOND SHIFT

• DAYS - Monday to Friday with overtime on Saturday if needed.
• TIME - 2pm to 10:15pm
• PAY - $17.50 for second shift.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing a Forklift truck and a hand dolly respectively, you will be placing rubber and chemicals in weigh up areas.
• Follow detail assembly instructions and procedures.
• Comply with company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform manual assembly and visual inspection of the product.
• Keep a safe and clean work area according to company policies.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor.
• Rubber and Chemicals are weighed per work to make batches.
• Housekeeping duties such as: cleaning work areas (inside and outside of the plant), and the breakroom
• Some general requirements for you to have while working at this facility will include the following: Standing, Walking, Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, Pulling, Climbing, Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Crawling, Reaching, and Handling

Qualifications:

• MUST NOT BE ALLERGIC TO RUBBER OR LATEX MATERIAL
• LITTLE TO NO FACIAL HAIR- small Goatee and Mustache
• Must be able to comply with company policies.
• Ability to read and comprehend procedures.
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail

Process Description: Client is a Rubber Compounding Facility (Batch Process)

•             Rubber and Chemicals are staged in weigh up areas using a fork truck and a hand dolly, respectively.

•             Rubber and Chemicals are weighed per work to make batches.

•             Rubber is weighed in pounds.

•             Chemicals are weighed in grams. Air Hoods are required for weighing some chemicals.

•             Batches are mixed by chagrining an F-80 Banbury Mixer.
