Exact Staff is now hiring for a Receptionist with Manufacturing Experience, AP & Shipping 

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Position Overview: As a Receptionist with Manufacturing Experience, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our company. This is a temporary-to-hire position where you will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, assisting with Accounts Payable (A/P) tasks, and contributing to the shipping process.

Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage front desk operations, including sorting and distributing mail.

Manufacturing Experience:

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, especially in the aviation or aerospace industry, is preferred.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively about Aircraft parts.

Accounts Payable (A/P) Tasks:

• Assist with basic Accounts Payable functions.
• Data entry and processing of invoices.
• Collaborate with the finance team as needed.

Shipping Support:

• Provide support in the shipping department as required.
• Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely and accurate shipments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with basic Accounts Payable processes.
• Understanding of shipping processes and logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
