We are seeking a responsible and skilled Shipping Ticket Clerk for a well-known Bite Size Potato Company in Arvin, CA. The Shipping Ticket Clerk works directly with Production to ticket pallets as they are completed by Production Machine Operators. The Shipping Ticket Clerk ensures that all tickets are made quickly and accurately and plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of the Shipping Warehouse inventory

Shift available: 10:00pm-6:00am

(Must be available for overtime as needed) 

Pay Rate: $16.00/HR

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assures that all pallets are ticketed accurately and quickly with all pertinent information.
• Assists in resolving any discrepancies.
• Maintains ticketing station in order and stocked with supplies and needed forms.
• Ensures the accuracy of all pallet tickets by adhering to SOP’s.
• Helps with special projects at the discretion of management.
• Always follows GMPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years’ experience in a shipping / receiving Clerk role
• Ability to understand and follow safety procedures
• Ability to receive, track, and put away goods
• Ability to lead and train staff
• Basic computer knowledge
• Problem solving abilities.
• Excellent, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Experience in food manufacturing
