• Position: Staffing Recruiter
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• Temp to Hire
• Compensation: $19-$21 per hour, based on experience + uncapped commissions

Role Overview:

As a Staffing Recruiter at Exact Staff, you will be instrumental in driving our mission to link passionate professionals with opportunities that suit their talents and ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various roles.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
• Offer guidance, resume feedback, and interview tips to job seekers.
• Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires.
• Continuously fostering relationships with candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting and conducting interviews, working with businesses and consistently dealing in a busy environment with people is helpful. You must be an ENTHUSIASTIC PEOPLE PERSON AND YOU MUST BE BILINGUAL FLUENT SPANISH.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Must be a team player, ready to collaborate with colleagues and contribute positively to our work environment.
• Previous experience in HR is a plus.
• Valid identification that proves your right to work in the U.S.
