We are seeking an experienced Production Lead to oversee 3rd shift operations within a busy food manufacturing facility. This leadership role is responsible for supervising production employees, maintaining food safety and quality standards, supporting production goals, and ensuring efficient daily operations.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00/Hour DOE

The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, strong knowledge of food safety regulations, and the ability to motivate teams while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production team members during the assigned shift.
• Monitor daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity goals are achieved.
• Train, coach, and support employees on production procedures, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP standards, food safety regulations, and workplace safety procedures.
• Conduct line checks and monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Coordinate staffing levels and workflow to maximize production output and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot production issues and communicate concerns with management and maintenance teams.
• Complete production reports and maintain accurate production documentation.
• Promote a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Sanitation, and Maintenance departments to support production goals.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Support management with employee performance, attendance, and operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, food safety standards, and quality control systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to motivate employees and maintain production efficiency.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
