Job Description:
We are currently seeking candidates for an Accounting Support position in Bakersfield, CA! This person will be responsible for performing various administrative role and have experience in accounts payable and receivable. Must have excellent customer service skills. Assist in answering phone calls, customer questions, and setting up appointments.

Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $18.00-$19.00/HR
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be skilled in QuickBooks
- Must be familiar with accounting programs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Answer phone calls and other customer service duties
ABILITY TO:
- Deal with conceptual matters.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Organize and maintain office files
- Frequent date entry and update customer profiles
- Work independently.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and information
- Create invoices and track vendor orders
- Bilingual preferred but not required
