We are currently seeking skilled Accounts Payable/Customer Service Representatives in the area of Bakersfield, CA! You will be responsible for performing various roles and must have experience in accounts payable. Must have excellent customer service skills. Assist in answering phone calls and customer service questions and setting up appointments.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5:00pm

Pay Rate: $18.00/HR

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must be skilled in QuickBooks
• Must be familiar with accounting programs
• Excellent customer service skills
• Answer phone calls and other customer service duties

• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills
• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
• Organize and maintain office files
• Work independently
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and information
