Exact Staff is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Collections professional for a great opportunity with a client in Natomas, CA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position in a supportive, family-style office environment.

• Location: Natomas, CA 95834
• Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Monday through Friday
• Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
  

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and collections processes
• Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances
• Use Outlook and accounting software daily
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Collections
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
• Experience with at least one accounting software program
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in an office with animals and children
• Looking for a long-term opportunity and stable work environment

 

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
