Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a growing local business. This role is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys customer service, office administration, accounts receivable support, and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, highly organized, and capable of working independently after completing training.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage high-volume incoming customer calls.
- Utilize CRM systems to release orders and process invoices.
- Monitor, respond to, and manage incoming emails.
- Follow up on outstanding customer balances and payment inquiries.
- Schedule and manage automated appointment reminder calls.
- Assist with accounts receivable processes and payment tracking.
- Receive and process checks submitted by field technicians.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support daily office operations and administrative functions.
- Accept and coordinate deliveries as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Customer Service, or Office Administration experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Experience working with CRM systems, invoicing platforms, and dual-monitor environments preferred.
- PestPac experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
- Ability to work independently after training is completed.
- Must reside locally within the Woodland Hills or Canoga Park area.

Pay, Schedule & Location
- Pay: $24.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
- Location: Canoga Park, CA
- Part-Time Position
Training & Work Environment
The selected candidate will receive hands-on training and support from management. Once training is complete, the Administrative Assistant will independently manage daily office operations and serve as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and office activities.
