Job Description:
Exact Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and
reliable Administrative Clerk II to provide high-level clerical and
administrative support. This position performs a wide range of duties,
including recordkeeping, data entry, report preparation, and office coordination.
The ideal candidate will be able to handle complex administrative tasks with
minimal supervision and maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform general office duties such as
preparing correspondence, reports, and memoranda.
• Maintain and update departmental and tenant
records, files, and inventory systems.
• Compile and tabulate data; prepare statistical
and administrative reports.
• Input and maintain data in computer programs;
generate reports as needed.
• Assist with special projects and coordinate
with other departmental staff.
• Operate multi-line phone systems, fax, and
other standard office equipment.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail; ensure
confidentiality of records and communications.
• Provide courteous and professional service to
the public and staff.
Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or GED
required.
• Experience:
o Minimum 2 years of office experience
performing clerical and administrative functions, or
o 1 year + as Administrative Clerk
o 24+ college semester units may substitute for
one year of required experience.
Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and
related office software.
o Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
o Strong communication, organization, and math
skills.
o Ability to work independently and exercise
good judgment.
Hiring Requirements

license and be insurable.
