Job Description:
The Asset Management (AM) Warehouse Manager will work alongside key Asset Management, Logistics, and National Operations team members to ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly documented, packaged, staged, and fulfilled. This role is responsible for overseeing daily Asset Management operations and supervising personnel within the AM department, including team members working in Information Technology Asset Disposition (ITAD).
The AM Manager will also assist with training personnel on job duties and security responsibilities required to maintain compliance with National Association of Information Destruction (NAID) certification standards.

- Pay: $26–$29 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Duties, Functions, and Responsibilities
The following duties are representative but not all-inclusive. Other related duties may be assigned as needed.
- Assist Loss Prevention in ensuring security measures are upheld within the AM area, particularly regarding sensitive client and customer information
- Assist with receiving, shipping, and inventorying incoming and outgoing AM components accurately using TrackTech (TT)
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments within the AM department
- Supervise AM personnel and oversee daily operations
- Conduct ongoing training and re-training for affected personnel
- Oversee proper wiping or shredding of all hard drives
- Track inventory of AM supplies and submit replenishment requests
- Assist the AM Sales Team with bidding processes and logistics needs for current materials
- Support mass sales of incoming products to ensure best pricing for customers and the company
- Assist with end-of-month inventory counts
- Manage and achieve department labor and revenue targets
- Pull orders from inventory as needed
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving spreadsheets for sold assets
- Assist in processing returns and verifying issues
- Respond to customer messages as needed
- Ensure daily checklists for scales and forklifts are completed and report any issues to appropriate personnel
- Assist with receiving, registering, palletizing, and processing bulk untested materials
- Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe work area
- Report ideas for efficiency and continuous improvement to facility leadership
- Adhere to all safety, security, and compliance regulations and standards
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 4–6 years of relevant work experience preferred
Required Abilities, Knowledge, and Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds, as well as bend, stand, and move throughout the workday
