Job Description:
We’re looking for a skilled Automotive Mechanic for a well-known tire and service company across the United States You’ll perform a range of front-end mechanical repairs—everything from alignments and brakes to suspension work—while collaborating closely with fellow technicians to deliver top-quality service.
Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $18.00-$25.00/HR
Must have open availability
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and replace components (e.g., water pumps, alternators, belts, hoses, radiators)
- Perform front-end services: alignments, brake jobs, steering and suspension repairs
- Conduct fluid exchanges and routine maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all mechanical issues are properly addressed
- Recommend additional repairs or maintenance needed to customers
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication to coordinate repairs and recommend services
- Energetic, ethical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced shop environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. and perform repetitive crouching, bending, and turning
