Our client is one of the top, long-running tire and auto repair providers in the United States. We are searching for a smart and diligent Automotive Service Manager to join our client’s location in San Antonio, TX.

As the Automotive Service Manager, you will adhere to our client’s sales strategies and helping that branch meet or exceed the performance targets set by management.

You will also:

·         Recommend, Sell, Advise, and provide top-tier customer service to all guests who come in

·         Answer questions regarding the services provided

·         Liaise between the guests and the service team

·         You may find yourself helping to inspect the vehicles and helping the service team with services and repairs

·         Make recommendations about specific service requests and help schedule appointments

·         Other miscellaneous duties as needed.

You will be trained to become the product experts that our client needs.

This is a full-time, direct hire position, first shift, from 8 am to 4:30 pm.

This is what we will be looking for in your candidacy:

·         You have at least 1 year of previous experience in sales and management experience at an automotive or tire repair shop or something similar.

·         You have a consistent work history, you have no more than 3 months of unemployment

·         You must have a valid driver's license that is insurable under our client’s insurance

·         You must not have a DUI or more than two moving violations within the last 3 years.

·         You respond quickly to changing circumstances

·         You can lift to 70lbs, when needed

·         You are open to cross-training in other fields, including auto servicing.
