Job Description:

Our client is one of the top, long-running tire and auto repair providers in the United States. We are searching for a bright and earnest Automotive Service Manager to join our client’s location in Hutto, TX.

Under the Store Manager, you will be responsible for helping to manage some of the smaller daily store operations and procedures, as well as helping to implement the company strategies and helping to train team members.

You will also:

·         Provide accurate quotes and explain repair details alongside the service manager

·         Help schedule appointments and keep the teams aware of upcoming customers coming in

·         Support the inventory team, ordering supplies and working with the store manager to make sure everything is stocked accordingly

·         Help oversee the training of new employees

·         Help in assisting in troubleshooting various vehicle issues and recommend any appropriate services as needed

·         Other duties as assigned.

You will be trained to become the product experts that our client needs.

This is a full-time, direct hire position, first shift, from 8 am to 4:30 pm.

This is what we will be looking for in your candidacy:

·         You have at least 1 year of previous experience in sales and management experience at an automotive or tire repair shop or something similar.

·         You have a consistent work history, you have no more than 3 months of unemployment

·         You must have a valid driver's license that is insurable under our client’s insurance

·         You must not have a DUI or more than two moving violations within the last 3 years.

·         You aspire to be a store manager

·         You are punctual and can arrive on time to the location as needed

·         You greet everyone with a smile

·         You respond quickly to changing circumstances

·         You can lift to 70lbs, when needed
