We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Batching Operator to join our production team at a leading water company in Bakersfield, CA. The Batching Operator will be responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and batching materials used in the production of products. This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality and production efficiency 

Temp to Hire  

Pay Rate: $19.00/HR 

Monday-Friday 5pm-5:30am (Must be available to work overtime and holidays) 

Must be available to rotate schedules every 4 months 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Operate batching equipment and systems safely and efficiently 
• Follow precise formulas and instructions to measure and mix ingredients 
• Monitor and record batch data, ensuring accuracy and consistency 
• Conduct quality checks and report any deviations or issues 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area 
• Comply with all safety and company procedures 
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors 

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in batching, manufacturing, or similar industrial roles preferred 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions 
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods 
• Willingness to work night shifts and holidays 
• Dependable with good time management
