Exact Staff is now hiring for a Batch Supervisor. The Batching Supervisor coordinates and directs all batching and extraction activities under the guidance of the Plant Manager to ensure safe, accurate and high quality product batching consistent with company standards. The role oversees batching operations, sanitation, inventory control, wastewater monitoring and compliance with safety & environmental regulations. ​Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory of batching and extraction materials
• Lead safety training & safety meetings
• Develop & maintain staffing plans for batching 
• Review daily batching records for accuracy and compliance 
• Train new employees
• Schedule incoming materials 
• Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment 
• Record and log scrap and hold reports related to all batching and processing 

Education & Experience

• Strong knowledge of batching processes, wastewater monitoring and production equipment 
• Strong problem solving & decision making skills 
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering or related field preferred 
• 1-2 years of related batching/production experience 
• Prior supervisory experience in food/beverage manufacturing environment
