We are looking for a hands-on HR professional with strong experience in compliance, employee relations, and workforce management, who thrives in fast-paced environments and can create structure where it doesn’t yet exist.

  • Job Title: Bilingual HR Manager
  • Starting Salary: $100,000/year
  • Location:Sanger, CA 93657

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR systems, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations
  • Partner with and manage staffing agencies and contingent workforce
  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Build a positive workplace culture and support leadership teams

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English REQUIRED.
  • Proven HR leadership experience, preferably in food production or manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance and California labor laws
  • Experience managing high-volume or agency-supported workforces
  • Ability to build HR infrastructure from scratch
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
