Job Description:

We are currently seeking for a Bilingual Property Manager for a low-income housing properties in Bakersfield. Must have excellent customer service skills. You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.

  • Full Time - Temp to Hire  
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM  
  • Pay Rate: $20.00-$23.00/hr. (DOE)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions.
  • Attract and educate new tenants.
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints.
  • Update and improve properties to increase return on investment.
  • Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion.
  • Supervise and train property staff.
  • Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management or other related fields
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
