Our client in Fresno is seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Fresno! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, conducting interviews, and helping identify top talent. The Recruiter will be responsible for reviewing applicants from Indeed, conducting initial phone screenings, and scheduling qualified candidates for interviews with the hiring manager.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage applicants received through Indeed.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and overall fit for the position.
• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with the hiring manager.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting notes.
• Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview scheduling and next steps.
• Assist with additional recruiting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable conducting phone interviews and interacting with candidates.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $18-20/HR, DOE
• Schedule: Full-Time, temp-to-hire
• Shift Available: Monday-Friday, 8some saturdays
• Location: Fresno, CA 93720
