We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Recruiter to assist with pre-screening potential associates sourced from Indeed. This position plays a crucial role in identifying qualified candidates to move forward in the hiring process and assisting with scheduling interviews for further evaluation.

Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter

Location: Fresno, CA 93720
Schedule: Mon – Fri (with occasional Saturdays)
Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour, DOE
Job Type: Full-Time/Temp-to-hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial pre-screening of candidates sourced from Indeed for various roles.
• Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and job fit.
• Schedule interviews with candidates and communicate effectively with them regarding next steps.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions.
• Coordinate with the hiring manager, Jose, to ensure qualified candidates are scheduled for further evaluation.
• Handle candidate inquiries and provide a positive, professional experience throughout the recruiting process.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Previous recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Must have proper phone etiquette.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
