Bilingual Staffing Coordinator– Fulfillment Operations Support
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Location: Bakersfield
Full Time- Temporary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual Staffing Coordinator (English/Spanish) to support recruiting and workforce management activities for a high-volume fulfillment client. This role is responsible for daily attendance tracking, monitoring timekeeping records, maintaining associate communication, and supporting staffing operations to ensure workforce compliance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and monitor daily employee attendance and punctuality.
- Review and identify missing punches and timekeeping discrepancies on a daily basis.
- Contact associates regarding attendance issues, schedule changes, and missing time entries.
- Communicate with associates to gather updates on current assignments, project status, and work availability.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation within company systems.
- Support onboarding, recruiting, and workforce scheduling activities.
- Generate and maintain reports related to attendance, staffing, and employee performance metrics.
- Collaborate with supervisors and client contacts to address workforce concerns and staffing needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, workforce management, or administrative support preferred.
- Experience using Paycom for timekeeping, attendance tracking, and employee management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong Excel skills, including data entry, filtering, sorting, and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee information.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting high-volume fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with employees, supervisors, and client contacts.
