We are seeking skilled CAD Drafter to join our client’s team in Bakersfield, CA. With openings available at three experience levels (1, 2 & 3). The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in building construction and architecture, with a preference for candidates experienced in DSA, AutoCAD, and Revit.

Temp to Hire

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay Rate: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour, DOE

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate technical drawings, layouts, and blueprints for building projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings meet project specifications.
• Revise and update existing drawings as needed.
• Maintain compliance with DSA standards and building codes.
• Use AutoCAD and Revit to create and modify designs.
• Assist in project documentation and filing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of drafting experience in building construction or architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DSA (Division of the State Architect) requirements is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Up to 5 years of experience preferred for higher-level positions (Levels 2 & 3).
