Job Summary

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely moving, staging, and loading floral products within a cold storage warehouse (30°F). This role supports shipping, receiving, and overall warehouse flow during peak demand. This is a temporary peak role with opportunity for long-term placement.

Responsibilities / Qualifications

• Operate forklift to move and stage product
• Load and unload shipments
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory
• Maintain safe and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous forklift experience required
• Comfortable working in cold storage (30°F)
• Able to work 12+ hour shifts, including weekends
• Reliable and safety-focused
• English or Spanish speakers welcome

Pay, Schedule:

Location: City of Industry, CA

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift (Weekend availability required)

Pay: $18.50/hour (Overtime: $27.75/hour)
