Exact Staff is hiring dependable Cleanroom Assemblers to join our manufacturing client's team. In this role, you'll assemble high-quality products in an ISO-regulated clean room environment while following strict quality, safety, and sterile manufacturing standards. This position is ideal for individuals with prior assembly or clean room manufacturing experience who are detail-oriented and comfortable with hands-on work.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions, blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications
• Maintain a sterile ISO clean room environment by following CGMP guidelines and clean room procedures
• Wear required PPE, including scrubs, coveralls, gloves, masks, protective eyewear, and shoe covers
• Measure, cut, position, and align tubing and small components with precision
• Operate hand tools and assembly equipment such as tubing cutters, cable guns, tubing spreaders, and bag sealers
• Inspect components and finished assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete batch records, lot documentation, and production forms accurately
• Clean workstations, equipment, and components using approved cleaning agents
• Report product defects, equipment issues, or process concerns to the supervisor
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to support production schedules

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly experience preferred, ideally in a manufacturing or clean room environment
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, technical drawings, and blueprints
• Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to work with small components
• Ability to stand for extended periods; frequently lift up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable working in an ISO-regulated clean room while wearing required PPE
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and meeting production goals

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Pay Rate: $21.00–$22.00/hour
• Schedule: Temp to Hire
• Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift
• Location: Camarillo, CA
