Job Description:

Exact Staff is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with key sales team members, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer. As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing large and high-profile customer accounts, ensuring compliance with scorecards and MSAs. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in guiding Client Relationship Assistants, managing their workload, and fostering a culture of excellence.

  • Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00pm
  • Payrate: $30.00 to $32.00 an hour depending on experience. Temp to hire.
  • Location: Fresno California.

Duties, Functions, and Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding and Management:
    • Guide and assist in the onboarding of complex accounts.
    • Review the setup and process flow for new accounts.
    • Assist in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
    • Assign and review projects and requests, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Process Improvement and System Enhancement:
    • Initiate, pursue, and track system and process improvements.
    • Actively contribute to optimizing operational flow and leveraging Optech for enhanced efficiency.
  • Revenue Growth and Customer Engagement:
    • Collaborate with National Account Executives to suggest, guide, and grow accounts.
    • Generate quotes for specific customers.
    • Track customer contracts, renewals, and report back to customers as needed.
    • Encourage customers to maximize utilization of Optech.
  • Billing, Reporting, and Logistics:
    • Address billing issues and reporting requests.
    • Act as a liaison between field and operations, ensuring job status updates.
    • Track jobs to completion, following up on freight and ITAD holdover reports.
  • Client Information Management:
    • Complete Client Information Forms (CIF) and address Service Level Agreements.
    • Set up clients on the Optech Portal and provide training on portal utilization.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Generate and provide reports requested by clients.
    • Maintain accuracy in Optech, ensuring all necessary information is provided.
    • Develop cheat sheets and documentation for clients.
  • First 60 Days Initiatives:
    • Ensure accurate billing by reviewing and comparing to contracted pricing.
    • Schedule service for clients.
    • Update categories in Optech and address any invoicing or service issues.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Establish escalation paths for each client.
    • Coordinate on-site services and 3rd-party engagements.
    • Participate in sales calls to document customer requests and proposed solutions.
    • Collaborate with upper management to develop and track Sales Key Performance Indicators.
    • Undertake any other duties as defined by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • BA degree in business, finance, accounting, or related major preferred.
  • As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a drug screen and background check.

Required Abilities, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.
