• Job Title: Custodian/Floor Care Technician
  
• Location: Various Schools in the Greater Los Angeles Area
• Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM- Monday thru Sunday Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
  

Responsibilities as a Floor Technician:

• Operate floor care equipment such as buffers, steamers, strippers, and sweepers to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of school facilities.
• Perform routine grounds maintenance across multiple school campuses.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to keep environments safe, clean, and welcoming.

Floor Technician Qualifications:

• Prior experience with floor maintenance, including buffing, stripping, and waxing.
• Mastery of the use of buffer, stripper, and waxer floor care machines.
• Experience with carpet cleaning and shampooing.
• Grounds and/or field maintenance certifications or licenses are a plus.
• Candidates who are comfortable with the project-nature of this summer gig (ongoing opportunities during the regular school year may be available to those candidates who do a great job and are seeking full-time work)

Other Hiring Requirements:

• Valid identification that proves your right to work in the United States.
• As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Reliable transportation.
