Position:
Customer Service Administrative Specialist
Location: Carson,CA
Pay: $18-$20/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) and Saturday (8am-12pm)
We have the perfect position for you! We are currently seeking a bright and passionate Customer
Service/Administrative Specialistto join our work
family here in the city of Carson,CA.
Our client is a local garden &
nursery, looking to expand their office operations with someone who has a niche
knowledge of flowers & plants, while simultaneously bringing strong
fundamental administrative and customer service skillsets to the table.
As a customer service and administrative specialist at our nursery, you would:
-Answer phone lines.
-Write emails.
-Connect with vendors, partners, and
customers in person, via phone and email.
-Handle any vendor or customer inquiries
and discrepancies.
-Handle data entry tasks as they come
up.
-Support our company marketing by
contributing to our social media presence.
-Tackle miscellaneous administrative
tasks like filing, mailing, notetaking, supporting the owner directly, etc.
-Handle wholesale shipment orders and
invoicing.
Requirements:
-MUST be knowledgeable in a variety of different flowers and
plants.
-Must be knowledge in flower and plant growth and care.
-Must have previous work experience in a garden or nursery.
-Must have customer service and office experience (any
industry is welcome).
-Retail experience is a huge PLUS.
-Valid identification that proves your right to work in the
United States.
-As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a
drug screen and background check.
