Job Description:

This position serves as a key support role responsible for providing responsive customer service, completing administrative tasks, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

  • Job Type: Full-Time (Temp to Hire)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30/5:00 PM (depending on lunch break)
  • Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Requierments 

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or office environments preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Dependable, punctual, and professional

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new processes
