Exact Staff is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our client, a well-established company looking for someone who thrives on providing outstanding service and building strong customer relationships.

 

In this fast-paced role, you’ll process sales orders, communicate with customers across multiple channels, and provide support to both the sales team and internal departments. If you're detail-oriented, upbeat, and great at juggling multiple tasks with a smile, we want to hear from you!

 

• Location: Fresno, CA 93703
• Pay Rate: $18/hour
• Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Accurately process orders, confirm pricing and shipping timelines
• Monitor backorders and communicate any delays or changes
• Support the sales team with reports, samples, and product availability updates
• Collaborate with internal teams and complete general admin tasks as needed

 

What You Bring to the Table:

• Minimum 2 years of office/customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and solve problems independently
• Experience in agriculture or similar industries a plus
