Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides primary customer service and sales support for a dedicated account. This role involves handling incoming customer calls, responding to inquiries, providing quotes, placing orders, and resolving order-related issues. The CSR works closely with a small, dedicated team to ensure excellent service and timely resolution of customer needs.
- Job Title: Customer Service Representative
- Job Location: Auburn, Washington
- Pay Rate: Up to $20.50 per hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work Environment: Office setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer concerns
- Provide pricing quotes and place orders as needed
- Research and resolve order and delivery questions
- Handle will-call orders and key pick-up requests
- Assist with transportation and routing inquiries
- Provide invoice copies to customers
- Monitor orders prior to cut-off times
- Communicate regularly with Account Executives and customers
- Manage same-day delivery requests
- Support assigned Account Executives and Marketing Associates
Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of relevant experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP (training available)

- Jeans permitted if clean and free of rips or holes
- Polo shirts or blouses
- No graphic T-shirts
- Open-toe shoes permitted if they have a back strap to the shoe (sandals)
Hiring Requirements:
