Exact Staff is hiring an eager Customer Service Representative for our client, a long-standing manufacturer of silk-screening products and printing services, at their main operation in Santa Ana, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with weekly pay and the potential to grow into a long-term role.

This position is ideal for individuals with customer service or retail experience; silk screen product knowledge is a plus.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greet guests as they walk in
• Guide customers to store shelves for specific products
• Take payments via the cash register
• Provide pricing information
• Resolve customer complaints as needed
• Send messages to other departments when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of customer service experience, specifically in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience with silk screen products preferred
• Quick learner who adapts to changing circumstances
• Punctual and able to meet deadlines when needed
• Clear communication skills
• Outgoing personality

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: DOE
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Shifts Available: First Shift, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Location: Santa Ana, CA
