Job Description:
We are looking for a CSR with experience in a manufacturing facility with products that is used for surface disinfection in Santa Clarita, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work with both customers and technical teams.
Temporary Assignment
Pay Rate: $25.00-28.00/HR
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with customers to address concerns and gather detailed information
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure accurate resolution of customer issues
- Track and follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and correspondence
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and common sense
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- 3–5 years of experience in the aerospace industry preferred
- Customer service experience required
