We are hiring a skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative for the area of Valencia, CA. As a CSR you’ll assist customers with their telephone orders. Your role will focus on providing exceptional customer support, ensuring a smooth and positive experience with every call.

Temp to Hire

Pay Rate: $20.00/HR

Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer service calls (average 75 per shift)  
• Resolve common customer concerns 
• Accurately enter customer order information into Customer Relationship Management database 
• Process documentation requests for initials orders, renewals, and addendums 
• Meet monthly performance expectations as assigned by Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1-year customer service experience 
• Ability to multi-task 
• Demonstrated problem solving ability 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to speak, read and write in English, Spanish preferred
