Exact Staff is Hiring: Customer Service Representatives – Warehouse

·       Location: Fontana, CA 92337

·       Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

·       Schedule: 8-hour shifts, starting between 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Are you fluent in Chinese and experienced with warehouse operations? We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to support a fast-paced warehouse environment!

Key Requirements:

• Experience using Warehouse Management Software
• Knowledge of Bill of Lading (BOL)
• Must be able to speak and read Chinese
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities Include:

• Communicating with warehouse staff and drivers
• Managing documentation including BOLs
• Inputting and tracking orders in warehouse systems
• Providing top-notch service and issue resolution

Hiring Requirements:

• Valid identification that proves your right to work in the United States
• As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a drug screen and background check
