Job Description:

Exact Staff is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support warehouse operations by managing customer inquiries and resolving order-related issues. This role requires handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing prompt assistance via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Location: Valencia, CA

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday (weekend availability required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with orders, shipments, and returns.
  • Provide accurate information on product availability, order status, and shipping details.
  • Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify common issues and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and provide efficient solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other communication tools.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with occasional physical tasks.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
