Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, concerns, and questions through various channels—including phone, email, and live chat—with a primary focus on handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls. Your goal is to deliver exceptional service and provide effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the order fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication:

●     Handle a high volume of inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to address order updates, follow-ups, and resolve issues.

●     Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

●     Provide detailed and accurate information about product availability, order status, shipping, and returns.

Issue Resolution:

●     Listen to customer concerns and work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams to provide timely and effective solutions.

●     Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system, ensuring all relevant details are accurately recorded.

●     Proactively identify common issues and suggest improvements to processes or communications to management.

Collaboration & Support:

●     Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are processed, stored, and shipped in accordance with company standards.

●     Assist in maintaining a well-organized and efficient warehouse environment by communicating operational needs or adjustments based on customer feedback.

●     Follow established protocols and contribute to a team environment focused on operational excellence.

Qualifications:

●     High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus.

●     Prior experience in customer service, ideally in a warehouse, logistics, or related environment.

●     Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls effectively.

●     Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

●     Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

●     Proficiency in CRM software and other communication tools.

●     Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

●     Comfortable working in a warehouse setting, which may involve some physical activity.
