We are seeking adetail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for the area of Santa Clarita, CA. This role involves transferring data into a new CRM system and assisting in organizing and merging duplicate files.

Temporary Project

Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm

Pay Rate: $18.00/HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Input and migrate customer and internal data into the company’s new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform with a high level of accuracy
• Audit and categorize existing digital documents to ensure information is complete, consistent, and correctly formatted
• Carefully analyze data to detect and consolidate duplicate entries, ensuring the integrity and uniqueness of records in the system
• Monitor and validate data throughout the process to maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all transferred information
• Assist with general data cleanup activities, including renaming files, organizing folders, and deleting outdated or irrelevant information

Qualifications:

• Previous data entry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM systems a plus
• Basic computer proficiency
