We are hiring a detail-oriented and analytical Data & Reporting Specialist to join our team for a well-established winery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building reports, and supporting business operations through insightful analysis.

 

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Location: Ceres, CA

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
• Use formulas and functions to manipulate and analyze data
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and charts for internal stakeholders
• Clean, validate, and organize large data sets to ensure accuracy and usability
• Track metrics, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Automate repetitive tasks using Excel tools such as PivotTables, Power Query, and basic macros (if applicable)
• Collaborate with team members to support operational, financial, and analytical needs
• Ensure data integrity and follow established data management procedures

 

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, or similar roles preferred
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
