Responsibilities / Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and ship inbound and outbound freight
• Replenish merchandise and inventory throughout the warehouse facility
• Utilize warehouse technology and inventory management systems
• Safely operate powered warehouse equipment including:
  • Forklifts
  • Powered pallet jacks
  • Cardboard balers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Follow company procedures and warehouse safety guidelines at all times
• Support overall warehouse and distribution operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution center experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a physically active environment for extended periods
• Strong attention to safety, teamwork, and productivity
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to become certified upon hire

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Pay Rate: $19.96 per hour
• Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Location: Baytown
