Sun Valley, CA | Full-Time | First Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Exact Staff is hiring an E-Commerce Marketing Manager for one of our big clients in the Sun Valley area — a distribution center for pillows, blankets, and other household items. This role serves as the chief marketing specialist, responsible for all E-Commerce marketing efforts and for establishing a new E-Commerce system the company can use to sell its products. This is a steady, full-time opportunity with weekly pay and strong growth potential for the right candidate.

This position is ideal for individuals with 3-5+ years of E-Commerce marketplace management experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Set up listings across major online retailer and marketplace platforms
• Manage product listings
• Coordinate marketing efforts, including images, videos, and SEO content
• Work with the product development department to update listings accordingly
• Set up marketing meetings with the CSR and Operations teams
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns
• Work with major platforms regarding coupon codes
• Ensure inventory, product data, and pricing remain accurate and consistent
• Analyze market changes that could impact sales and adapt strategy accordingly

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience in E-Commerce marketplace management
• Experience setting up E-Commerce systems
• Experience with major online retailers such as Amazon, Target, Wayfair, JCPenney, or similar
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or, preferably, Apprise
• Familiarity with PIM systems and digital asset management
• Experience managing SEO for product listings
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

• Pay Rate: $32.00–$45.00/hour, DOE
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Shifts Available: First Shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Location: Sun Valley, CA
